Hi, I’m Lauren.

I created The Bath Ritual Co. during a season of life that felt beautifully full — and, if I’m honest, a little overwhelming.

Like many mums, my days were busy and my evenings were tired. I wasn’t looking for elaborate self-care routines or more things on my to-do list. I just wanted a small moment of calm — something simple that could fit into real life.

That’s where The Bath Ritual Co. began.

I started making candles as a way to create those pauses — lighting one early in the morning before the house woke up, or in the evening once everything finally went quiet. Those small rituals helped me slow down, breathe, and reset, even on the hardest days.

Every candle is created with intention, from the minimal scent blends to the soft, neutral packaging. They’re designed to support calm moments without adding to the noise.

The Bath Ritual Co. exists to remind you that even in the busiest seasons of motherhood, you’re allowed to pause — and that those moments matter.
